200 producers, world-known experts, representatives of domestic and foreign science, processors of ostrich products, manufacturers of equipment and feed producers as well as ostrich farmers from Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Chechia, Poland and China took part in the conference.

There will be practical demonstrations during the conference, which will take place at the ostrich farm of "Agro-Soyuz" Corporation: visit to a breeding farm, young stock raising farm, commercial farm. A new system of experimental raising of ostriches on pastures will be demonstrated.

The International conference on commercial ostrich farming took place in July 2006 in Mayskoye village, Sinelnikovo district, Dnepropetrovsk region in the facilities of model agricultural enterprise CJSC "Agro-Soyuz".
